Casa delle Foglie

We are located in San Giovanni La Punta in a convenient position to easily reach Etna, Catania, Acireale, Taormina, Syracuse, and other tourist destinations. "Casa Delle Foglie" is a recently built Sicilian-style villa made with local materials, meticulously designed, and surrounded by greenery.

The surrounding area offers our guests countless opportunities to discover places, monuments, churches, and natural landscapes. During these itineraries, they will have the chance to meet people, explore places, and taste the flavors and products of our land that they will hardly forget. In the immediate vicinity, there are shopping centers and a sports center with paddle, tennis, and beach volleyball courts. For those who love snow and winter sports, it only takes 40 minutes to reach the snowy slopes of Etna.

In creating our structure, we have tried to combine a series of aspects that can convey to our guests the feeling of being at home, with a serene and comfortable environment to share moments of relaxation and rest with their family or friends. The villa, swimming pool, and outdoor spaces are not shared with other guests.

The villa has a large living room entrance, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, a living area with a fireplace, 3 bathrooms, and a laundry room. All rooms are heated. Free Wi-Fi, freedom to return at night, parking. Outside, there is a pool with a solarium, sun loungers, umbrellas, shower, and outdoor bathrooms. All surrounded by olive trees, oak trees, palm trees, and green hedges. In the evening, a large wood-fired barbecue will provide unforgettable grill nights under the stars.

Our rooms are equipped with heating, and the bedrooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, glasses, pots, and tablecloths. We provide a set of bath towels for each guest. We can accommodate up to 8 guests per family or group.
