Location and style
We are located in San Giovanni La Punta in a position from which it is easy to move towards Etna, Catania, Acireale, Taormina, Syracuse and other tourist resorts. "Casa Delle Leaves" is a recently built Sicilian-style villa built with local materials, with attention to detail and with lots of greenery around.


Surroundings
The surrounding area offers our guests countless opportunities to discover places, monuments, churches and natural landscapes. In these itineraries they will be able to meet people, discover places, learn about flavors and products of our land that they will hardly forget.
In the immediate vicinity Shopping Centers and a Sports Center with paddle, tennis, beach volleyball courts. For those who love snow and winter sports, it takes 40 minutes to reach the snow-covered slopes of Etna.


Location
In creating our structure we tried to put together a series of aspects that could convey to guests that feeling of how to feel at home, having a serene and comfortable environment to share moments of relaxation and rest with your family or friends. The villa, swimming pool and outdoor spaces are not shared with other guests.

Structure features
The villa has a large entrance hall, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, an open-space kitchen, a living area with fireplace, 3 bathrooms and laundry. All rooms are heated. Free Wifi, freedom to return at night, parking. Outside there is a swimming pool with solarium, sun beds, umbrellas, shower and external bathrooms. All surrounded by olive trees, oaks, palm trees and green hedges. In the evening, a large wood-burning barbecue will give you unforgettable barbecues under the stars.


Our rooms
Our rooms are equipped with heating the bedrooms are air conditioned. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, glasses, pots, tablecloths. We provide bath towel sets for each guest. We host up to 8 guests per family or group.
